The service
Builtlead collects publicly published contact details from Instagram profiles and the websites they link to, and gives you tools to organise and contact those leads.
Credits and billing
One credit is spent when a lead is saved to your account with a contact email. Accounts where no contact is found cost nothing, and a duplicate of a lead you already have is not billed again. The $59 plan includes 10,000 credits per month. Credits are consumed as you scrape and do not carry a cash value.
Your Instagram account
Scraping and messaging run through an Instagram session you connect. Automated collection and messaging may breach Instagram's own terms, and Instagram may rate-limit, restrict or disable an account that does it. You connect a session at your own risk, and we recommend you do not use an account you cannot afford to lose. We are not responsible for action Instagram takes against your account.
How you may use the data
You agree not to use Builtlead to:
- send messages you have no lawful basis to send under the rules that apply to you;
- ignore an opt-out, unsubscribe or a direct request to stop;
- harass, defraud or impersonate anyone;
- resell exported lead data as a standalone product.
No guarantee of results
We cannot promise a number of leads, a contact rate or a reply rate. Instagram changes its platform without notice, and a session can stop working at any time. The service is provided as is.
Ending it
Cancel whenever you like and the plan stops at the end of the paid month. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
